Ugh, seriously. When WILL IT STOP?!?

Good gym sesh last night. I could definitely tell I’ve been away from the gym, tho. Damn.

I feel very inspired by the goal planning I did yesterday. I think the tools that Capes Coaching gives are very helpful to organize my thoughts and brainstorm. Just gotta make sure I, you know, DO it. Nothing is too hard, or not even unpleasant. Just so often, when I get home, I just want to crash and eat dinner, and then I pass out (cuz I’m 80 years old). Damn bed, it’s a black hole.

Anyway, tonight I’ll be hitting the gym again. Cuz that’s how it works.
